Lounge Dental uses text messages solely for customer care communications.

If you call our office and we are unable to answer, you may automatically receive a text message acknowledging your missed call. This message is intended to let you know we received your call and that a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible.

We may also send text messages regarding:

  • Missed call acknowledgements
  • Appointment reminders
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment scheduling or rescheduling
  • Customer service communications
  • Limited treatment-related follow-up communications

Lounge Dental does not send promotional or marketing text messages through this messaging program.

By calling Lounge Dental and providing your mobile telephone number, you acknowledge that you may receive customer care text messages related to your communication with our office, including an automated missed-call response if we are unavailable to answer your call.

Receiving these messages is not a condition of receiving dental treatment.
